Euphorbia dulcis 'Chameleon' it's a super perennial with great foliage contrast.

Full to part sun
rich soil
grows 12" tall
Foliage gets darker with more sun
Very hard and looks good all year long - never needs pruning or stalking.

I have a couple of these if anyone is interested....

GA, your plant looks to me as Euphorbia dulcis, possibly the variety 'Chameleon'.
